Please bring your own mat (these are not provided). Yoga is suitable for ages 16+. Dress warmly during colder months, as the space is naturally ventilated. Please arrive 15 minutes before the session for security checks. Wrap up your Sunday class with a delicious breakfast at Larch Restaurant, and enjoy 10% off as a class attendee.
